We had such great feedback on the Girlfriends Spotlight we did last year, so, we wanted to make it a monthly thing moving forward.

Tell us a little bit about you and who you are.
I’m a mom of 3 boys. 19, 15 and 6… I’m a healthcare worker and I'm also a college instructor. I love what I do. My family is from New Orleans, but I was born in Buffalo. Die hard Bills fan! I do like the Saints… I love to travel and learn new things. I’m big on sports and family.
What are 2-3 words your friends would use to describe you?
Nonchalant, Motivator/go getter, Determined

I’m an active duty Soldier who loves learning about how to dress, lol. I’m so plain Jane, but am learning about fashion and putting clothes together to be fashionable!

I’m a 39 year old wife, mother and life transformer. After years of social work, I jumped into life coaching and relationship therapy and never looked down.
